"We" refers to "MCEBuddy LLC" (aka "RBOY APPS").
The software is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the regents or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Without limitation of the foregoing, contributors/regents expressly does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or expectations, the software or the software content will be free of bugs, errors, viruses or other defects, any results, output, or data provided through or generated by the software will be accurate, up-to-date, complete or reliable, the software will be compatible with third party software, any errors in the software will be corrected. The user assumes all responsibility for selecting the software and for the results obtained from the use of the software. The user shall bear the entire risk as to the quality and the performance of the software.
"Drivers", collectively known as "Apps", are hosted software designed to work with the new SmartThings enterprise EDGE/API platform. "Location" refers to the SmartThings platform location which can be accessed from the SmartThings mobile app. "Hub" refers to the SmartThings hub. We are not responsible for any bugs, errors, performance, functionality or decisions made by SmartThings with regards to their platform or mobile apps. SmartThings may at anytime, without prior notice, change their terms of service for usage of Apps. Please refer to the SmartThings terms of service for more details. We do not guarantee the compatibility of our Apps with any third party hardware or software, and are not responsible for any loss of functionality or performance caused third party hardware or software. We may at any time without prior notice add or remove Apps from our website. The user should contact us prior to accessing any Apps if they have questions about compatibility with third party hardware or software or have quesions about the license terms.
The user shall not distribute, copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify, in whole or in part, any of the Apps.
No refund shall be provided once the license has activated and/or used for authentication with our servers or, any Apps have been accessed. Any refunds made will be adjusted for transaction fees. We reserve the right to terminate the license and/or service with no refund if we detect misuse, fraudulent use, violation of intellectual property, violation of privacy, violation of the license terms, threatening or abusive behavior or if there is a default in the payment terms.
The Apps may be hosted by SmartThings and/or by us. There is no charge for the software. Each license purchased allows the buyer access to limited support, access to the server where the software is hosted by us, access to the Apps hosted on the SmartThings platform and/or SmartThings hub, for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Each license is non transferrable and allows Apps to be used on a single Hub and at a single Location. Additional licenses can be purchased if the Apps are required to be used on multiple Hubs or Locations. A Lifetime license allows the user to use the Apps in accodance with these terms for the life of their SmartThings hub associated with the license. A Lifetime license does not guarantee that Apps or updates for Apps will be available indefinitely. We may discontinue Apps, support for Apps and the Apps may be removed from our servers without prior notice.
